I had a water leak at my high-end home that ruined a large section of my hardwood floors. The Pro-Craft team came in and did an amazing job fixing everything. Pro-Craft was just as its name implies, “Professional!” Scott called me within 4 hours of me filing my insurance claim. Ours was mainly water damage from frozen fittings in the attic which broke in the Christmas Eve freeze. All the team's members from each designated crew were workers, considerate of our possessions and friendly. Pro-Craft deserves 6 stars (out of 5) for how they handled their business, their responsiveness to us and their work ethic. I would hire them for any job under their umbrella!

Scott Caro from Pro Craft has been incredibly kind, helpful, patient and reassuring during one of the most harrowing experiences of my life. When 4 pipes burst in our ceiling and the drywall was literally melting off of our walls, Pro Craft was there to save the day. When our insurance company denied our claim, leaving us to pick up the pieces on our own with no financial assistance, Scott went to bat for us with the company and they worked with us to set up payments. Since it was my first experience dealing with water damage, I did not know what I was getting myself into. Fortunately, the guys at ProCraft were extremely communicative and responsive throughout the process. Terry patiently explained to me how the problem would be resolved, and kept me in the loop by sending photos and texts at regular intervals. When I met the crew in person, they were polite and professional. Now the job is done, my house looks even better than before! I would highly recommend ProCraft.
